We were established in 1976 to serve and protect Sandy Township, Clearfield County, which is approximately 52 square miles.  We are 1 of 5 stations that make up the Sandy Township Fire Department.  The other stations are West Sandy Hose Company #1 (Station 36), Oklahoma Civilian Defense (Station #37), Adrian-Sandy Fire Company (Station #38), and Treasure Lake Fire Company (Station #35).  We also run alot of First & Second alarm assignments with Penfield Fire Department (Station #41). 

In the late 80's there was a new truck garage added to the building and the old truck garage was renovated into more social hall space.  In 2004 an addition was added to teh back of teh building, a fourth truck bay was added, and was used to house our company trailer.  We also installed a Plymo Vent System in our truck garage for diesel exhaust.  In 2007 we replace the drop ceiling in our social hall and did some interior remoldeling removing the 4th truck bay and turning that space into storage and offices. 

Our social hall currently is where we hold bingo every Tuesday and Saturday Super Bingo once/twice per month.  We also use the social hall for dinners, meetings, training, pancake breakfast once a month, and rent it out for receptions, showers, and other parties.
